DEC 16, 2020 PUBLIC MEETING

Wednesday’s meeting is limited in-person to only 8 people at the Athol Community Center.  Call in and Go To Meeting are the only other options available.

There have been a few changes to the plan since the last public meeting:

1. – Remington Water District was unable to reach a satisfactory agreement with the developer off of Ramsey that would not adversely effect current Remington Water District members.  They are not included in the plan.

2. – Originally, the district was only going to build the system to meet DEQ standards and 75 additional connections.  The board decided that since we have to go through this, per DEQ standards, we might as well upgrade the system to allow for every parcel in the district to be able to split down to 5 acre parcels, should that be desired in the future.  If we don’t do it now, we would be going through this again in the future.
